Due Diligence
A private equity fund was interested in purchasing a majority share in a French restaurant chain. We have conducted a full strategic due diligence, reviewing
the target’s strengths and weaknesses internally as well as against its competitors, building forecast of expected market trends and compiling a detailed business plan. We subsequently advised the fund not to invest in the target company, due to over-valued acquisition price, lack of strong positioning and incompatibility with an unaligned management team.
